Download Echo Live from the download page. Under 60 seconds. Works alongside WhatsApp Desktop.

Set Default Microphone

WhatsApp Desktop uses your system default mic. Open Windows Settings → System → Sound → Input and set "Echo" as default. On Mac: System Settings → Sound → Input.
